April 9th and 10th, 2010, at 105 S.W. 1st, Moore, Oklahoma-
A “WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE CLASS” will be sponsored by
“Cheatwood’s Family Martial Arts” on Friday, April 9th , at 6:00 pm. And Saturday the 10th at 2:00 PM
This class is open to women and girls age 15 and above. Mr. Cheatwood and Lisandra D’Agostino the current Mrs. Norman and a Mrs. Oklahoma Competitor, she is an Air Force Officer, a real American Warrior will be teaching :
*Self Defense STRATEGY … how to SENSE danger!
*Self Defense TECHNIQUE … how to move with SPEED and POWER
* Use your Self Defense Skills Full Power against the Padded Attacker!
*How to communicate CONFIDENCE … the use of BODY LANGUAGE, EYE CONTACT, and VOICE to discourage a would be assailant … before a confrontation!

The “Cheatwood’s Family Martial Arts” school uses the Martial Arts to inspire its students to live at higher levels academically, professionally, socially, and spiritually. W. 1st Street, in Moore, just North of Hoffman’s Furniture on Broadway next to the Laundry.
